How We Got Here:
Why we decided to open Springs:
Our journey to opening Springs Pilates is deeply personal. After a life-changing car accident, I found myself suffering from chronic back pain that didn’t seem to have an end in sight. Despite undergoing multiple surgeries and trying numerous treatments, nothing seemed to bring lasting relief. That is, until I discovered Pilates.
Pilates was the turning point for me. The focus on core strength, alignment, and mindful movement gave me the relief I had been searching for. It wasn’t just a workout—it was a way to reconnect with my body and heal in a way that no other treatment had. I quickly fell in love with the practice and realized how transformative it had been for my own recovery.
That’s when the idea of Springs Pilates was born. I wanted to share the powerful benefits of Pilates with my community, offering others the opportunity to experience the same healing and empowerment I had. We’ve created a space where people can not only recover from injuries but also improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. Opening this studio has been a dream come true, and we’re excited to welcome you to a place where transformation happens every day.

When we were searching for the perfect space for Springs Pilates, we wanted a place that would embody the blend of luxury, charm, and history that reflects our brand. We discovered the stunning building that once served as a bank, and instantly knew it was the ideal location for our studio.
The building's timeless elegance, with its high ceilings, intricate architecture, and beautiful historical details, creates a unique, serene environment that enhances the experience of every client. The original features, such as grand windows and classic design elements, provide a sense of space and tranquility, setting the stage for a luxurious yet welcoming Pilates experience.
We saw immense potential in preserving the charm of this historic space while transforming it into a modern, high-end Pilates studio. The combination of old-world sophistication and new-world wellness offers the perfect backdrop for our clients to unwind, strengthen, and rejuvenate.
