We require all clients to wear grip socks which can be purchased online ahead of time or at our front desk. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to class.

There are 7 dedicated spots in the back of the building, as well as a free municipal lot in the back. There are also parking spots located at the front and side of the building.

Signing up for a class is easy! You can book your session directly through our website or mobile app. Simply browse our class schedule, choose your preferred time, and complete your registration.

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 12 hours before your class to avoid a late cancellation fee. We understand that life happens and are happy to work with you in case of emergencies.

However, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before beginning any new exercise routine, especially if you are pregnant or recovering from an injury. Our instructors are skilled at offering modifications to ensure your safety and comfort while still delivering a challenging workout, please make sure to tell them your injury before class starts.
