Cancellation Policy

We offer up to a 24 hour cancellation period. We kindly ask our members to cancel as soon as they know they cannot make it to our class.

Late Cancel/No Show

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class are subject to a late fee of x$. A class will also be deducted from your account if a client no shows.

Grip Socks Required

For sanitary and safety reasons we require all our clients to come prepared with a pair of grip socks to all of our classes. If a client comes without grip socks, we offer them for sale at our front desk.

Instructor Changes

If an instructor needs to call out for personal reasons, an email and text will be sent to all clients beforehand.

Wait list

We have a 10 person wait list for all of our classes. When being put on the wait list you will be required to have a pass ready in your account, and it will only be used in the case you are added to the class.

Guest Policy

We welcome everyone on memberships to use their free guest pass to bring in their friends. We know working out with a friend is more fun, so we encourage everyone to bring a friend in with them!

Referral Program

We offer a referral program to clients and specialists who refer us new clients. These offers are constantly changing, so make sure to contact the front desk for the most up to date program!

Infrared Sauna

We offer complimentary use of our infrared sauna to our members with sessions based on our memberships. Please be aware of the way you feel inside as we are not responsible.

Payments and Refunds

Payments must be made with an up to date credit card. In the case the payment did not go through, we will put your membership on pause until a valid credit card is put on file.
